The OTTA consortium combines samples and data from sites with the following criteria:
Invasive cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer with tumor samples available for study.
Tumors may be fresh frozen or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded.
Follow-up and data on overall survival are also required.
Studies are considered to be participants in OTTA when they have provided the appropriate human subjects approvals and contributed clinical covariate data to the OTTA database housed at the UNSW Sydney, Australia. Attendance at OTTA meetings is at own expense.
Ideally, the case sets will have phenotypic and epidemiological covariate data listed in the core variable list. Studies with more limited data may also be acceptable.
If you are interested in participating in OTTA please contact Susan Ramus (s.ramus@unsw.edu.au).
